What is ADHD Life Coaching?
ADHD Life Coaching provides a space for individuals with ADHD to gain skills and knowledge to promote positive, lasting change.

What will my first session look like?
At this time, all sessions are virtual. You will receive a link to access a HIPAA compliant virtual office. First sessions, also known as intake sessions, will be a 60 - 90 minute session where we both get to know one another. During this time we will explore areas of satisfaction and dissatisfaction in your life. We will develop short-term and long-term goals to work towards in future sessions.
How is it different than therapy?
While ADHD Life Coaching is similar to therapy in many ways there are a few key differences. An ADHD life coach uses personal experience tied with proven techniques to best support their clients. ADHD life coaches provide ADHD specific care to help target problem areas, and use a solution-focused approach to develop sustainable positive change.
Do you accept insurance?
Bethany Pearce is a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance. If you have any questions, please contact us via email.
What is a consultation call?
A consultation call is an opportunity for us to chat and learn a little more about each other and decide if it feels like a good fit. From there we can schedule your initial assessment session.
How often would I need to attend sessions?
Every individual is different which means frequency depends on the client. With that said, coaching is most effective with regular sessions and check-ins, often times on a weekly basis.
